Woodsprocket Studios is built on a privacy-first philosophy. We do not collect names, mailing addresses, or phone numbers. We do not use third-party trackers or "fingerprinting" to identify you or your device across other apps or websites. We do not use third-party analytics or crash reporting tools. Our Services do not require user accounts.

2. Information From Third Parties

Apple App Store: If you purchase an app or in-app item, Apple processes that transaction. We receive anonymized sales reports and performance data through Apple's native analytics, but we never see your credit card or billing details.

Infrastructure: Our domain and hosting providers may collect standard server log files (IP addresses, browser type) for security and performance monitoring. This data is retained only as long as necessary for those purposes and is not used to identify individual users.

3. Push Notifications

Our Services do not currently send push notifications. If this changes in a future update, this policy will be updated accordingly and you will be able to opt out at any time through your device settings.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for a general audience. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable global standards, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
